Numerology is not a single unified system. Different traditions assign different meanings to the same numbers. Pythagorean, Kabbalistic, Chinese, Hindu, and modern Western numerology don't always agree, and that's okay.

The interpretations on this site draw from multiple sources and are filtered through my own research and experience. Other practitioners may interpret the same numbers differently. I do my best to ensure the content and calculations on this site are accurate. The numerology calculations use the Pythagorean system. The gematria calculator implements six established cipher systems. The zodiac calculations use standard Western and Chinese astrological methods.

That said, some calculations involve simplifications. The Chinese zodiac uses the Gregorian calendar year, which means dates in January and February may be off by one animal (the actual Chinese zodiac follows the lunar calendar). The Western zodiac does not account for precession. These are common simplifications used by most online calculators, and they are noted on the relevant pages.
